Social Media Video Reels
As the photographer for the Graduate School Admissions Office, I am responsible for creating captivating video reels featuring street interviews that highlight campus life, academic excellence, and extracurricular activities. The goal is to provide prospective students with an authentic glimpse into the vibrant atmosphere and numerous opportunities at GU, ultimately attracting more applicants.
Our choice of street interviews stems from their current popularity on social media, offering a dynamic and engaging way to convey authenticity and authority. I actively contribute to the ideation process, collaborating closely with the admissions team to plan and execute shootings. This ensures that the visual narrative seamlessly aligns with the university's brand and messaging.
In addition to capturing footage, I take on the role of editing and retouching videos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain a consistent style across all materials. This multifaceted approach allows us to present a compelling and cohesive representation of the Graduate School experience at GU.

Lens to Page: Contributions in the Promotion Booklet
In the creation of the Promotion Booklet, my role extended far beyond the lens, encompassing a comprehensive and collaborative effort behind the scenes. Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, I contributed ideas to shape the booklet's structure and composition. My communication with the admissions team was pivotal, involving the delivery of detailed creative briefs to ensure the final outcome aligned seamlessly with expectations. Taking charge of the planning for each photoshoot session, I managed student models during the shoots, orchestrating a visual narrative that authentically captured the essence of campus life. Beyond the initial captures, my commitment extended to the post-production phase, where I meticulously edited and retouched photos. This final touch aimed not only to enhance visual appeal but also to maintain a consistent style across all materials. Through these multifaceted efforts, I sought to encapsulate the spirit and vibrancy of the university, contributing to a compelling and cohesive promotional showcase.
